Teens saved after falling through ice near firefighter rescue training

Firefighters had been doing ice rescue coaching when two youngsters fell by way of the ice in a Missouri lake. Drone footage captured the dramatic mission to convey the boys safely again to shore.

Hearth officers sprung into motion when the children, aged 15 and 17, ran throughout the lake. The ice beneath them broke inside 15 seconds.

Officers say they had been on the point of hypothermia, and fortunate to be rescued shortly.
